NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION
          Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by Platinum Grain, LLC of Anthon, IA. Grain dealer license GD-5222 and warehouse operator license W-4946 were canceled on September 1, 2017. The licensee was merged in with New Co-operative, Inc. a federally licensed warehouse and state grain dealer license GD-3310.
          The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by December 29, 2017 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.
          Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer and warehouse operator of its liability to the claimant.

 

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION
          Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by Boswell Brothers Elevator, Inc. of Davis City, Iowa Grain dealer license GD-4600 and warehouse operator license W-4693 were canceled on September 5, 2017. The licensee was taken over by MB Grain LLC, d.b.a. Smithfield Grain W-4960 and GD-5268.
          The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by January 3, 2018 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION
          Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by Mapleton Grain Co. of Soldier, Iowa Grain dealer license GD-3401 and warehouse operator license W-4231 were canceled on September 18, 2017. The licensee was merged in with Cogdill Farm Supply, Inc. a federally licensed warehouse and Iowa Grain Dealer number GD-3341.
          The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by January 16, 2018 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.
          Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer and warehouse operator of its liability to the claimant.

 

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER CANCELLATION
          Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer license held by Organic Producers Iowa Nebraska South Dakota Cooperative of North Bend, NE.  Grain dealer license number GD-5276 was canceled on September 29, 2017. The licensee voluntarily requested cancellation of the Grain Dealer’s license.
          The cancellation of the above-identified grain dealer license is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by January 27, 2018 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.
          Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer of its liability to the claimant.
