Northey will speak at a crop fair hosted by the Iowa Corn Growers Association in Wall Lake and then host a town meeting Jefferson. Both events are open to the public.
“These meetings are a great opportunity to listen to farmers and learn more about what we need to be working on at the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship,” Northey said. “I have learned a lot from these meetings over the past four years and am looking forward to continuing to get out and hear from rural residents.”
