Functions of the Emergency Response Team:
- Provide reliable information and assistance to emergency responders for an agricultural incident
- Provide important emergency information to industry.
- Serve as headquarters in the case of natural or man-made disasters (including acts of terrorism) and other emergencies
The Emergency Response Team works with all bureaus of IDALS as well as other State Departments in regards to emergency preparedness.
