August 2019

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION
            Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by Standard Nutrition Services, LLC of Omaha, NE location Waverly, Iowa. Grain dealer license GD-5300 and warehouse operator license W-4964 were canceled on August 1, 2019. The licensee was taken over by MaxYield Cooperative of West Bend, Iowa.
            The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by November 29, 2019 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.
            Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer and warehouse operator of its liability to the claimant.

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION

Grain dealer license GD-5292 and warehouse operator license W-4963 were canceled on August 31, 2019. The licensee was merged with Eichelberger Milling, Inc. of Wayland, IA (W-4837 GD-4879).
            The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by December 29, 2019 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.

September 2019

NOTICE OF GRAIN DEALER AND WAREHOUSE CANCELLATION
            Pursuant to the requirements of Iowa Code Section 203D.6(3) (2017), all interested grain sellers and depositors are hereby notified of the cancellation the of grain dealer and warehouse operator licenses held  by East Central Iowa Cooperative of Hudson, Iowa. Grain dealer license GD-0386 and warehouse operator license W-1515 were canceled on September 3, 2019. The license was merged with Mid-Iowa Cooperative of Beaman, Iowa (W-1817 GD-1131).
            The cancellation of the above-identified licenses is a “claim incurrence date” in accordance with Iowa Code Section 203D.6(2).  All grain claims against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund on account of this grain dealer and warehouse operator must be in writing and sent by ordinary mail or delivered personally within 120 days after the incurrence date, which would be by January 2, 2020 to the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Grain Warehouse Bureau, Wallace State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319, as administrator of the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund.  Failure to timely file a claim within the 120-day time period relieves the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund from liability to the claimant.
            Failure to make a timely claim against the Iowa Grain Depositors and Sellers Indemnity Fund does not relieve the grain dealer and warehouse operator of its liability to the claimant.
